Job summary

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort & Hotel in Worley, ID is seeking an entry-level Deli Cook to deliver consistently excellent food and customer service in a clean, friendly environment. The role uses Micros to ring orders, maintains food safety and sanitation, and handles prep, stocking, and clerical tasks; requires strong teamwork and communication and a willingness to multitask.

Applicants must be 19+ with at least six months in food service; a food handlers permit is preferred but not required;

Responsibilities

• Utilise Micros system to ring in orders, receive funds, and count back change.
• Prepare food consistently according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation measures are followed.
• Stock items applying appropriate dating and rotation principles.
• Operate and clean commercial restaurant equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs, time logs, and waste sheets.
• Perform prep work as needed.
• Receive, use, and return a bank with appropriate paperwork daily.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilise Micros system to ring in orders, receive funds, and count back change.
• Prepare food consistently according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure food safety and appropriate sanitation measures are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:
