Job summary

VG Systems, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer to support project documentation, training development, and contract deliverables. This role requires HUBZone eligibility and offers part-time hours (10–20 hrs/week) with potential for up to 40 hours per four weeks.

Responsibilities include creating contract deliverables, managing SharePoint training sites, and developing user-focused training materials and SOPs. DoD/Federal background investigation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to 10–20 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours completed within any four-week period.
• Small Business Administration HUBZone eligibility; ability to provide appropriate documentation to support HUBZone status.
• Preferred: DoD or Federal agency background investigation within past few years.

VG Systems, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer to support project documentation, training development, and contract deliverables. This position is available under the HUBZone program, and candidates must meet HUBZone requirements to be considered.
