Overview

Are you the person everyone goes to when their HubSpot workflows break or when they can’t figure out attribution? At ProperExpression, you’ll be the strategic HubSpot lead for fast-growing B2B brands that are scaling, not just pushing buttons, but architecting smart marketing engines.

We are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Strategist to take ownership of our HubSpot systems, implement advanced solutions, and optimize processes to empower our clients’ success.

Requirements

For this position, a combination of technical mastery, strategic thinking, and initiative is critical. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

The Fundamentals:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Deep understanding of workflows, pipelines, automation, and data management within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with advanced marketing automation, lead scoring, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in building custom dashboards and reports within HubSpot.
  • Experience with HubSpot API and integrating third-party tools like Zapier or Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot HubSpot issues independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for learning and staying updated on new HubSpot features and tools.

Additional Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Revenue Operations experience
  • Experience with Supered or a similar tool
  • Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in a marketing agency setting
Responsibilities

As the HubSpot Solutions Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving results for our clients by leveraging HubSpot’s capabilities to their fullest potential. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Paid Media experts to build cross-channel campaigns that actually work. You’ll be empowered to propose better lifecycle strategies, own attribution setup, and get hands-on with tools like Operations Hub, Zapier, and Supered.

HubSpot Optimization and Implementation:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of client and internal HubSpot instances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement advanced workflows, automations, and custom integrations.
  • Build and optimize sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and lead scoring models to align with client goals.

HubSpot Onboardings, Migrations and Integrations:

  • Onboard New Clients: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients new to HubSpot, ensuring seamless setup and configuration tailored to their business needs.
  • Data Migrations: Execute smooth and accurate data migrations into HubSpot from other CRMs or platforms, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client goals.
  • System Integrations: Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics), ensuring proper data flow and functionality.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop creative, scalable solutions for complex client needs using HubSpot APIs and other tools.
  • Post-Onboarding Training: Provide thorough training sessions for clients and teams to maximize HubSpot utilization.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene through deduplication, standardization, and segmentation.
  • Develop custom dashboards and actionable reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide insights and drive strategy improvements.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPC, SEO, and content experts, to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Train internal teams and clients on HubSpot best practices and new features.
  • Document processes, workflows, and systems for repeatable success.
