Job description

Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunities after the first quarter, based on project success and longevity

We’re looking for a Project Manager with HubSpot experience to join a growing B2B agency focused on RevOps, HubSpot implementations, and business process optimization.

This is a hands-on project management role where you’ll own the day-to-day delivery of multiple client projects — managing timelines, budgets, billable hours, scope, resources, and client expectations from start to finish.

You don’t need to be a HubSpot Administrator, but you do need enough HubSpot knowledge to confidently manage projects within a HubSpot environment and communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the day-to-day management and delivery of multiple client projects from kickoff through completion
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans using tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar — ClickUp experience is preferred
  • Manage project owners, deadlines, dependencies, time estimates, milestones, status, and overall timelines
  • Run project sprints and proactively adjust timelines, resources, and priorities when work falls behind
  • Balance multiple client projects while keeping timelines, budgets, resources, and expectations aligned
  • Track project budgets, billable hours, and budget utilization against fixed-fee and retainer agreements
  • Monitor project progress against the work completed and remaining budget
  • Distinguish between billable client work and internal effort, while maintaining accurate project time tracking
  • Identify when a client request falls outside the agreed scope and manage the Change Request process before additional work begins
  • Communicate project status, risks, timeline changes, and scope considerations to clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with technical and RevOps teams to keep HubSpot-related projects moving forward
  • Understand client requests well enough to determine whether they fit within the existing project scope or may require additional work
  • Keep projects organized, documented, and moving toward successful completion
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong project management experience, preferably within a B2B agency environment
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to build and manage detailed project plans, including owners, deadlines, dependencies, estimates, and timelines
  • Experience managing project budgets, billable hours, scope, and budget utilization
  • Understanding of fixed-fee and/or retainer-based client engagements
  • Experience identifying out-of-scope work and managing change requests
  • Experience running sprints and actively managing projects when timelines or deliverables fall behind
  • Previous client-facing experience in a B2B environment
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and its CRM structure
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Contacts, Companies, Deals, pipelines, and workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams about HubSpot projects
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the overall project
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or a similar project management platform
HubSpot Experience:

This is not a HubSpot Administrator position, and you won't be expected to spend your day configuring the platform.

However, HubSpot is a major part of the client work, so you need enough hands-on or practical experience with the platform to understand how projects are being built and delivered.

You should be comfortable discussing the relationship between Contacts, Companies, and Deals, as well as pipelines and workflows, and be able to recognize when a client request is a straightforward configuration versus something that could affect project scope, timeline, or budget.

Hands-on HubSpot configuration experience is a plus.

Why This Opportunity?
  • Fully remote position
  • Work with a team focused on HubSpot, RevOps, business process architecture, and technical solutions
  • Manage meaningful client projects rather than simply maintaining task lists
  • Opportunity to work across HubSpot onboarding, implementation, migration, optimization, and RevOps projects
  • Growth opportunity into a Senior Project Manager role
  • Laptop provided
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage available
