LiveData, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own HubSpot CRM configurations, data quality, reporting, and outbound campaigns while supporting the marketing and sales teams in a remote role across the United States. You’ll help create content, run paid ads, research target buyers, and coordinate events and webinars, collaborating with product and sales.

Expect AI tool integration and hands-on experience in a small, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot CRM configurations, workflows, and attribution.
• Maintain data quality and clean up uploads/syncs.
• Design and deliver reports showing impact and performance.
• Support paid ad campaigns using CRM data.
• Assist with events and webinars and sales collateral.
• Experiment with new marketing tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns and launches.
