Havenly is seeking a HubSpot Operations Manager on-site in Denver to own and optimize HubSpot across multiple brands. You will design routing, workflows, and customer communications while ensuring data quality and reliable integrations with systems like Magento and Dialpad.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on HubSpot administration (Sales Hub workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, reporting).
• Experience managing HubSpot across multiple brands or portals and lead routing.
• Proven ability to support sales teams and respond to stakeholders quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Run proactive audits of workflows, sequences, enrollment triggers, deal stages, and integrations.
• Manage HubSpot for multiple brands with clean separation and accurate reporting.
• Define data governance: properties, naming, deduplication, and ownership.
• Provide first-line HubSpot support with same-day responses and training.
• Maintain and QA integrations with Dialpad, Magento, and data warehouse.
• Design entry point routing and multi-brand customer journey strategies.
• Build and improve sequences and automated communications across the funnel.
• Monitor performance and build dashboards for enrollment, replies, and conversions.
