Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist in Roseland, NJ to own platforms like HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub and WordPress, and to optimize data quality and workflows across marketing, BD, and internal comms.

You will partner with Marketing, IT, HR, and leadership on digital initiatives, improving processes and the digital workplace. A 2+ year background in marketing tech and hands-on WordPress experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing technology, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on WordPress experience required.
• HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience strongly preferred (workflows, lists, automation, campaigns, reporting).
• Experience with intranets or digital workplace tech like SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize marketing tech platforms (HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub, intranets, email tools).
• Build/manage HubSpot lists, forms, landing pages, emails, workflows, reports, integrations.
• Maintain CRM data quality: contacts, companies, segmentation, duplicates, subscriptions, deliverability.
• Manage data imports/exports, cleanup, mapping, and audience segmentation for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain WordPress site content (bios, service pages, news, events, pages).
• Support SEO, analytics, tracking, lead capture, UX improvements.
• Create email campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, templates.
• Create dashboards/reports on email engagement, site performance, leads, conversions, intranet usage, marketing effectiveness.
• Support and enhance intranet, employee resources, navigation, internal comms.
• Automate repetitive tasks via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Power Automate.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, HR, vendors on implementations, integrations, testing, training, and support.
• Translate technical concepts into practical solutions for marketing ops and digital workplace-improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, communications, business, or a related field
