Life Surge is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of marketing automation strategies using HubSpot. You will implement workflows, nurture leads, and collaborate across teams to improve engagement and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, content development support, and ongoing optimization of customer journeys within a faith-based events and education organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with HubSpot marketing automation
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and workflow automation
• Experience building and optimizing email campaigns, workflows, and integrations within HubSpot
• CRM strategies and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot automation workflows and ensure campaigns run efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to align automation with marketing goals.
• Implement and monitor lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring models.
• Develop email templates, landing pages, and forms with brand consistency.
• Create compelling email copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize emails and messages.
• Perform QA to ensure accurate campaign implementation.
• Support data management: segmentation, cleansing, and database upkeep.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and lead quality for optimization.
• Stay updated on HubSpot features and automation best practices.
