Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric seeks a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead email and SMS campaigns and customer workflows. You will build, test, and run multi-stage automations in HubSpot, turning strategies into active workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, and targeted audiences.

Responsibilities include segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and ongoing optimization through A/B testing, data hygiene, and deliverability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• 2+ years’ experience in lead-generation businesses; home services preferred.
• Solid email marketing & automation track record (workflows, A/B testing, reporting).
• Experience building complex, branching workflows and integrating email + SMS communications.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle stages, lead scoring, CRM data structures.
• Experience with HTML/CSS basics for light landing page or email template edits.
• Experience with HubSpot connectors (Google Ads, SEMRush, or similar) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, test, and maintain multi-stage automated workflows in HubSpot (welcome, nurture, drip, transactional, post-sale, service reminders, re-engagements, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and debug workflow logic, enrollment triggers, and timing to prevent breakage.
• Document workflow logic for auditable campaigns.
