Job summary

Mach7 Technologies seeks a Growth Specialist to drive HubSpot-based marketing programs, campaign execution, and event logistics. You will own lead scoring, landing pages, forms, and reporting while coordinating with design and content teams. The role supports a remote US work model and reports to the Growth leader.

You will collaborate on campaigns, nurture flows, and ensure data integrity across systems, contributing to a measurable pipeline and high-quality MQLs.

Qualifications

• Deep HubSpot skills (required). Hands-on experience building workflows, lead scoring, landing pages, forms, and reporting.
• 2–4 years in B2B marketing operations, demand gen, or growth/marketing coordinator role.
• Self-starter who thrives remotely, organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning execution with light oversight.
• Strong attention to detail; you catch broken links, wrong merge fields, and un-tagged lists before they ship.
• Clear communicator who can turn a rough brief into a finished deliverable and ask the right questions to fill gaps.
• Fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to research, draft, and ship faster while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot execution: build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and lead scoring.
• Run campaigns end to end: brief to live assets across email, web, and social.
• Coordinate event logistics: registrations, vendor coordination, pre/post-event lead capture in HubSpot.
• Report on funnel, campaign, and event performance with clear, repeatable dashboards.
