Job summary

Huble is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to design architectures around the HubSpot CRM, lead data migrations and system integrations for clients across marketing, sales and service ecosystems.

You will map client data, define scopes with the development team, produce SOWs and documentation, run discovery sessions and training, and ensure successful UAT with a strong focus on data quality and process transformation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing architectures and data strategies.
• 3-5 years in Business/Systems Analysis.
• 3+ years in a digital/technical agency/consultancy.
• 5+ years overall with at least 2 in a senior role.
• HubSpot certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent English writing and communication.
• Strong documentation (ERD, specs).
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• CRM and Customer Experience knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot solution architecture and data migrations.
• Define architecture, scope solutions, and produce SOWs.
• Run discovery sessions and client workshops; train teams.
• Map data flows between HubSpot and client systems.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing/sales/service teams.
• Prepare requirements docs, ERDs, and functional specs.
• Perform UAT and ensure successful execution.
