Job Description

The Client Services Manager (CSM) leads a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients, building trust and strong relationships to meet talent acquisition goals.

Work Location: United States

Work Arrangement: Remote

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm/9am-6pm Central

Specific Requirements: Experience in a results-oriented TA leadership role, coaching peers or managing teams; knowledge of the Life Science sector is preferred.

Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, exceeding client expectations.
  • Set and evaluate performance standards, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Establish effective communication channels with team members.
  • Manage performance reviews and foster an inclusive, motivating environment.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and clients to meet hiring goals.
  • Manage programs and campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
  • Implement strategic hiring initiatives using innovative technologies.
  • Participate in client meetings, sharing insights and addressing service gaps.
  • Support client recruitment needs and optimize resource utilization.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives and best practice sharing.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Recruiters, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven results in talent acquisition or HR leadership roles.
  • Experience coaching or managing teams.

Exposure:

  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS, and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or related field preferred.
