The Client Services Manager (CSM) leads a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients, building trust and strong relationships to meet talent acquisition goals.
Work Location: United States
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm/9am-6pm Central
Specific Requirements: Experience in a results-oriented TA leadership role, coaching peers or managing teams; knowledge of the Life Science sector is preferred.
