Job summary

Priority Tax Relief is seeking a strategic HubSpot Administrator to architect and refine marketing operations across Email, SEO, AEO, and Social channels. You will translate high-level strategies into automated workflows for prospect reactivation, drip nurturing, and frictionless client onboarding.

Office-based in Spokane, WA, the role demands 3+ years hands-on HubSpot management, certification, and a systems mindset to optimize data flows, lead scoring, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Operations Hub required).
• HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent depth demonstrated through experience.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems via APIs or connectors.
• Experience building multi-branch workflows, lead scoring models, and automated email sequences.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability, SEO/AEO dynamics, and multi-touch attribution.
• Systems mindset with ability to design automated solutions.
• Collaborative communicator translating goals into technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi-branch automated workflows for prospect re-engagement, nurture campaigns, and onboarding.
• Structure HubSpot content management to align with SEO/AEO strategies and data synchronization with external CRMs.
• Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Content teams to turn assets into functional programs; explore new features, AI capabilities, and integrations.
• Audit data hygiene, deduplicate lists, map properties, and build dashboards for ROI and pipeline velocity.
