Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and manage safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Develop and implement employee development plans and provide coaching.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Coordinate department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
