Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises package handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Leads with proactive communication and cooperation across departments.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, evaluations and coaching for all department staff.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
