UPS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a supervisor to oversee package handlers and lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives. This role sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork.

You will implement development plans, ensure orientation and training, and foster a proactive, collaborative environment across departments. A bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, along with management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Lead and coach employees to ensure compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
