UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to manage Package Handlers, provide coaching and development, and ensure safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will uphold high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and teamwork; enforce safety policies per OSHA; and drive continuous improvement through proactive coaching and cross‑functional collaboration with leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establish and promote high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and drive continual improvement.
