Central Transport LLC is seeking a capable supervisor for outbound operations at our Nashville terminal. You will oversee loading, forklift traffic, and palletized freight sortation while directing up to 30 drivers and dock personnel to meet production schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics experience in LTL environments, and a focus on safety and high service levels. Night shift 9:00pm–7:00am, with a compensation up to $75,000 plus bonus.

• Familiar with customs and cross-border transportation.

• An associate or bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule.
• Utilize your independent judgement to build loads based on available labor and freight levels.
• Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring the cube and weight of trailers.
• Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers, dock workers and dock hand.
• Monitor dock production, ensuring facility KPI goals are met and/or exceeded.
• Monitor hours and overtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards.
• Ensure company operational model compliance.
• Support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers

• This includes the process of loading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule.
• Utilizing your independent judgement to build loads based on available labor and freight levels.
• Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring the cube and weight of trailers
• Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers, dock workers and dock hand.
