Job summary

Belmont University in Nashville is seeking a student worker to support the Office of Hope, Unity, and Belonging by boosting campus belonging initiatives and events through social media.

You'll manage posts, help organize HUB events, collaborate with student groups and departments, and help collect data to inform belonging strategies while building positive relationships across the university.

• Currently enrolled as a Belmont University student.
• Must have an FWS Award to be considered.
• Strong social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the office's social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and monitor engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Office of Hope, Unity, and Belonging at Belmont University is seeking a dynamic and social media-savvy student worker to assist with the office's outreach efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of HUB and other members of the team to promote belonging initiatives and events across the university and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Manage the office's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Assist with organizing and promoting HUB events and initiatives on campus.
• Collaborate with student groups and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to HUB efforts.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to help inform belonging, strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and faculty across the university.
