Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and staff scheduling to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate performance and address staff concerns.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, safety and government regulations.
• Lead meetings, communicate goals, and present updates to teams.
• Analyze operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor newer Operations Supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
• Handle customer service issues and escalate when needed.
