Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Louisville, KY. This role supervises package handlers, trains teams, and maintains high standards for safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

You will lead a cross-functional effort to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent with management experience preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is required; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lead and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
