Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, in line with department, station, corporate and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Implement employee development plans to support continued professional growth.
• Provide orientation, coaching, and evaluations to staff to support development.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to safety policies at all times.
