Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production, and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provide leadership and develop departments through coaching, evaluations, and development plans.
• Ensure employees receive orientation and ongoing safety training and materials.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
