Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills; ability to interact with customers and team members.
• Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced warehouse/hub environment.
• Experience leading a small to medium-sized team and coordinating drivers.
• Proficient with basic computer systems used for dispatch, inventory, and customer data.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Select trucks for routes based on volume and equipment availability.
• Maintain daily dispatch log and ensure accurate driver and route records.
• Oversee order filling, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules with drivers and third-party services.
• Assemble and fill customer orders for on-time delivery within 30–45 minutes.
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store safety compliance.
• Investigate customer complaints and shipping discrepancies.
