O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor in Bowling Green, KY to manage daily hub operations and supervise the city delivery dispatcher and hub delivery specialists. This role emphasizes efficient route management, accurate invoicing to spoke stores, and reducing shrink and payroll costs.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized hub areas, scheduling, monitoring route schedules, and supporting performance evaluations.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiar with automotive parts (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all hub operations, including supervising the city delivery dispatcher and hub delivery specialists.
• Coordinate with the city delivery dispatcher to ensure proper invoicing to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and implement timely corrections.
• Minimize shrink and payroll costs for hub operations.
• Ensure routes are followed efficiently while minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
• Maintain and organize the city delivery area and schedule for all team members.
• Monitor route schedules, communicate delays, and cover routes in supervisor absences.
• Support performance evaluations with input on dispatcher and delivery staff performance.
• Ensure training programs are utilized for hub team development.
