Qualifications

• Supervises hub operations and ensures accuracy and customer service.
• Coordinates with city delivery dispatchers to invoice products.
• Investigates shipping and inventory discrepancies and corrects them in a timely manner.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and coverage for hub team.
• Ensures safe driving practices and adherence to policies.
• Oversees route efficiency and cost minimization.
• Mentors and trains drivers and hub staff.
• Supports hiring and onboarding of new drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supervisor for city delivery service functions.
• Work with city delivery dispatchers to invoice product to spoke stores.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct in a timely manner.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control.
• Schedule hub employees within payroll budget.
• Maintain organized hub area and routes.
• Monitor route schedules and communicate delays.
• Ensure training and pre-employment requirements are met.
