Responsibilities

• Supervise hub operations and ensure accuracy and customer service for city delivery functions.
• Coordinate with city delivery dispatchers to ensure invoicing to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Oversee hub delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving practices and adherence to delivery policies.
• Schedule hub staff and manage payroll coverage.
• Assist in hiring and training drivers and ensure MVR and drug testing compliance.
