Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for an important operations role supporting inbound/receiving at regional HUBs. You will help deliver a great client experience while maintaining scalable growth from an operations perspective. Reports to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

The position requires 1+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, strong communication, and the ability to load/offload trucks with minimal supervision. Onsite work with exposure to standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve issues quickly.
• Ability to meet critical timelines and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/receiving activities at regional HUBs.
• Resolve merchant-facing requests and escalations.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate updates to leadership.
• Plan loading/offloading and scheduling daily loads with carriers.
• Update and manage BOL requirements and IPP shipments.
• Check in/out drivers and log appointments in NOVA.
• Support Jira ticket resolution and merchant escalations.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product safety and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and traceability.
