Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage manpower in all areas of the department.
• Provide training for employees and promote self-development.
• Maintain employee attendance records.
• Identify and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inbound merchandise processing and shipping problems.
• Participate in daily planning meetings with all functional managers.
• Ensure safety, maintain equipment inventory, and promote a high-quality work environment.
• Document and track metrics to measure efficiency of the department.
