Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Operations Manager I to direct and coordinate warehouse, counter sales, dispatch, and delivery activities. You will lead a team of 6+ associates, drive safety, budgeting, and operational metrics to meet service and sales goals.

Required are 4–6 years of leadership in manufacturing or distribution, with a high school diploma or GED and a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of building materials is preferred.
• Experience with safety, budgeting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse, counter sales, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Lead a team of 6+ associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Establish metrics for on-time delivery, order fill rate, and productivity.
• Oversee monthly P&L and assist with store budgets and cost control.
• Improve product flow, space utilization, and cycle counts for efficiency.
• Ensure safety guidelines and regulatory compliance are followed.
