Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Coordinator to oversee hub operations, lead Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers, and ensure efficient workflows. You will monitor metrics, improve delivery performance, and support safety and policy adherence.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a process-driven mindset, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development – Support and train Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers to ensure understanding of processes.
• Effective Communication – Partner with Hub Store Managers, Inventory Managers, and satellite store leaders to optimize scheduling and efficiency.
• Process-Oriented Operations – Monitor workflow, review hub scorecards, and maintain a high order fill rate.
• Collaboration & Support – Coordinate with team to stock parts, process returns, and keep merchandise in designated areas.
• Metric-Driven Decision Making – Analyze hub delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance to improve efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure PPE standards and safe hub operations.
• Customer & Inventory Management – Help customers locate parts and improve service levels.
