Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers.
• Coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers for staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor workflow, hub scorecards, and aim for 98% order fill rate.
• Ensure parts are stocked, returns processed, and merchandise organized.
• Analyze delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance reports to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure PPE standards.
