AutoZone's Hub and Mega Hub Operations oversee regional distribution centers that ensure rapid parts delivery to stores and customers. The Hub Coordinator will lead teams, monitor performance, and uphold safety standards to maintain efficient workflow and high service levels.

This role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and leadership, with responsibilities spanning staffing, scheduling, and collaboration with store leaders to keep parts readily available and accurately stocked.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching and supporting teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on operational metrics.
• Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor hub scorecards and drive 98% order fill rate.
• Coordinate with team to ensure proper stocking and efficient merchandise placement.
• Analyze hub delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure PPE standards are followed.
