• Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers.
• Coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor hub scorecards, order fill rates, and operational metrics to improve results.
• Ensure safe working environment by enforcing PPE and equipment safety standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and improving service levels.
