Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor in Coppell, TX. You will lead the Middle Mile Network Hub, ensure dock activities align with safety and service goals, and coordinate staffing, linehauls, and performance improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with warehouse management and supervisory experience, plus forklift certification, to optimize operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years experience in operational Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
• 5+ years experience in Warehouse Management (Required)
• 5+ years Supervisory or Managerial Experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide leadership to all members of the AIT Middle Mile Network Hub operation as assigned
• Ensures activities on dock are being executed as planned while supporting Hub Operations Agents, Warehouse Leads and Forklift Operators
• Provides input for scheduling updates regarding staffing and booking of additional linehauls to service freight
• Assist in identifying and improving service and operations related issues in the Hub station
• Track shipment performance and develop strategic processes to improve efficiencies
• Manage staff scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize expenses
• Lead pre-shift meetings daily to ensure alignment
• Ensure safe working environment through consistent safety programs and procedures
