Central Transport LLC is seeking an experienced Hub Supervisor to oversee terminal operations, manage up to 30 drivers, and ensure safe, efficient dock activities. The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and a commitment to service Excellence.

The ideal candidate has transportation/logistics experience, strong communication skills, and a solid technology aptitude. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with opportunities for advancement across our North American network.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation/logistics environments, preferably LTL.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High comfort with technology and systems used in operations.
• Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations for designated terminal section.
• Manage forklift traffic, loading, and palletized freight sorting.
• Lead up to 30 LTL drivers and dock staff to meet production plans.
• Utilize independent judgment to build loads based on labor and freight levels.
• Monitor trailer cube/weight and ensure safe, compliant loads.
• Provide leadership and accountability to drivers and dock workers.
• Track dock KPIs and labor hours; manage overtime.
• Maintain a safe workplace compliant with DOT/OSHA standards.
