Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Coordinator in the United States to oversee hub operations and drive efficiency. You will lead Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers, coordinate with stores on staffing, and monitor metrics to uphold service levels.

The role emphasizes team leadership, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining organized hub workflows and strong inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience coaching and leading teams.
• Process-minded with focus on metrics and efficiency.
• Ability to lift, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers to ensure operational success.
• Coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor workflow and maintain a 98% order fill rate.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and area organized; oversee returns.
• Analyze hub delivery performance and maintenance reports to drive improvements.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment with proper PPE and equipment checks.
• Assist customers in locating parts and suggest alternatives using system tools.
• Oversee supervisory activities of Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers without direct reports.
