Job summary

AutoZone in Tulsa is seeking a Hub Coordinator to oversee hub operations, drive efficiency, and guide team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will monitor operational metrics, coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Leaders, ensure accurate order fulfillment, smooth scheduling, and a strong safety culture while delivering exceptional service to stores and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct hub teams to ensure operational success.
Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to optimize scheduling.
Monitor hub scorecards and maintain a high order-fill rate.
Coordinate stocking, returns processing, and merchandise placement.
Analyze delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing PPE and equipment checks.
Assist customers in locating parts and improving service levels, including bilingual communication when needed.
