Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Coordinator in the Chattanooga area to oversee hub operations, drive efficiency, and uphold safety standards. You will lead Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Hub Drivers, collaborating with store and inventory leaders to optimize staffing and workflows.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in coaching and supporting teams.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational metrics.
Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers to ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize schedules and staffing.
Monitor hub workflows and maintain high order-fill and safety standards.
Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, returns processed, and areas organized.
Analyze delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance to improve efficiency.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing PPE and equipment checks.
