Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED is required.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience is required.
• Experience: 7+ years is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader and primary integrator for one or more Hubs.
• Establish and manage the integrated Hub development plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and executive items.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning generation development, BESS, powered land, transmission/interconnection, origination, structuring, engineering and construction, environmental, permitting, regulatory, finance, legal, and other functions.
• Develop recommendations and make decisions with incomplete information by identifying assumptions, risks, alternatives, and information required to reduce uncertainty.
• Establish project governance and communication rhythms with documented decisions, accountabilities, and milestones.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level written, verbal, and presentation materials on status, risks, and decisions.
• Represent the Hub in discussions with customers, partners, utilities, governmental entities, and other stakeholders.
