Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in development, contracting, or energy projects preferred.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and leading complex infrastructure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into contracting strategies and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through solicitation and negotiation processes.
• Provide leadership during negotiations and ensure contracts meet proforma requirements.
• Manage contracting budgets and schedules for projects.
