Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC seeks a Project Director to lead Hub Integration teams responsible for large-scale energy infrastructure hubs supporting hyperscale data centers and other large-load customers. You will coordinate power generation, storage, transmission, and interconnection, delivering on milestones and executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant development, infrastructure, energy, real estate, engineering, construction, or other complex project experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to move complex projects from concept toward execution.
• Strong judgment and ability to communicate with technical, commercial, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader and primary integrator for one or more Hubs.
• Establish and manage the integrated Hub development plan, schedule, milestones and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across generation, storage, land, transmission, origination and more.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and tradeoffs affecting cost, schedule, or objectives.
• Identify assumptions and risks; drive decisions with incomplete information.
• Prepare executive-level communications on status, risks, and decisions.
• Represent the Hub with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
