Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Cincinnati to oversee daily delivery operations from our Cincinnati hub. You will be the first point of contact for drivers and will monitor routes, coordinate dispatches, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires dispatcher experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Onfleet, G-Suite, and Slack is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a dispatcher or related role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Onfleet, G-Suite, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all drivers/routes dispatched from a specific hub.
• Unload deliveries from trucks and cold storage.
• Route organization and staging.
• Check-in drivers and assign routes.
• Maintain driver roster.
• Train and coach drivers as needed.
• Keep shift documentation and reports.
• Act as rescue/VIP driver when needed.
• Conduct driver interviews.
• Assist onboarding new drivers.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Logistics to review and mitigate error reports.
