Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Hub Designer to drive the design and cross-functional execution of newly awarded patient support programs. The role sits within the Design & Implementation team and requires leading reimbursement support with client collaboration and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in reimbursement or design for patient programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant industry experience in supporting, program managing or operating patient support programs.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a reimbursement support or design capacity supporting patient programs including project management, risk mitigation, execution, and program closure.
• Excellent organizational skills to lead, prioritize and execute multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Ability to command a group in a room quickly while maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in reimbursement support and lead design efforts for new client programs.
• Coordinate with Valeris resources for detailed program design and client communications.
• Gather operational and IT requirements to support program scoping, pricing and implementation.
• Lead discussions with clients to obtain information needed for program design and collect requirements.
• Create design documentation with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Suggest processes, systems, technology and role definitions for proposed solutions.
• Ensure adherence to designs by coordinating with service owners and project managers.
• Travel up to 20% as needed for program launches and client meetings.
