Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Sr. Director Hub Designer to bridge business development and operations for Mercalis. The role leads the design and cross‑functional execution of newly awarded patient support programs, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant industry experience in supporting, program managing or operating patient support programs.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a reimbursement support or design capacity supporting patient support programs including all aspects such as project management, risk mitigation, execution, and program closure.
• Exceptional organizational skills required to lead, prioritize, and execute multiple time‑sensitive projects simultaneously to completion.
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of client programs across Mercalis services.
• Gather detailed operational and IT requirements to support program scoping, pricing, and implementation.
• Coordinate evaluation of custom requirements with client and internal stakeholders.
