Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will drive restaurant performance, develop people, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through QSCV—Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, staffing, training, health and safety, and P&L management. You will recruit and coach leadership, foster a performance-driven culture, and build a strong bench for future growth.

Qualifications

• HU Certified General Manager designation required.
• Valid ServSafe Certification required.
• Open Availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and drive QSCV (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Value).
• Oversee daily operations and long-term business performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach and develop leaders and build a leadership bench for growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and procedures.
• Manage P&L, control labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Drive guest service excellence and resolve customer concerns.
