Chobani in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking an HTST Operator who leads the pasteurization process during the shift and ensures the HTST system runs smoothly. You will maintain accurate documentation, monitor temperatures and flows, and keep work areas clean and compliant with GMPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of CIP systems, and the ability to lift 75 lbs, walk on wet floors, and coordinate with maintenance and QA during ISDA audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of HTST pasteurization process.
• Familiarity with GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of CIP systems and sanitation principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively during ISDA audits.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, walk on wet floors, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and report safety issues to supervisor or lead.
• Maintain legible, accurate documentation on charts (calibrations, temperatures, and operations).
• Document seals; notify supervisor or QA if missing or broken.
• Print CIP records after washing and verify proper trending of temp, flow, titration, and time; swab if needed.
• Document and validate cut-in and cut-out before production runs.
• Understand product flow from raw milk silo to maturation tank and cream silos to aid troubleshooting.
