Job summary

ROHM Semiconductor USA is seeking a highly motivated HTOL Support Technician to join our Santa Clara, CA team. This on-site role involves testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic components and systems, with emphasis on HTOL reliability tests and detailed documentation.

Ideal candidates will have electronics training, 0–2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum AA/Post Secondary Education in electronics, electric engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of industry-related working experience.
  • Workplace safety standards and best practices.
  • Outstanding organizational and troubleshooting skills on electrical systems with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on HTOL lab equipment.
  • Visual inspection, loading, and unloading of silicon devices under test.
  • HTOL reliability test startup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Keep clear logs of HTOL reliability tests, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
  • Calibrate equipment and run diagnostics tests.
  • Follow established processes and safety standards.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
