Job summary

The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a HSSP Program Manager ODR to oversee program-based housing and clinical services for justice-involved individuals. The role ensures contract compliance, supervision of clinicians, and cross-department collaboration.

You will monitor administrative aspects, supervise staff, participate in recruitment, and support crisis management. Hybrid work at Harvest Residences, 5506 Duarte St, with schedule Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Valid registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision.
• Strong training, project management, and team-building skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative aspects of the DMH-contracted HSSP program and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for clinicians and document according to standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of direct service staff.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure staff orientation and audit readiness.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources to serve clients and represent the agency in meetings.
