Job summary

Vallourec North America seeks an experienced HSSE Advisor to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs at the Youngstown facility. You will drive ISO-aligned policies, manage investigations, and develop risk reduction initiatives to support operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science and strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, OSHA standards, and incident investigation. Expect collaboration across departments and regular KPI reporting; travel up to 10% may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science is required; HSSE-related discipline or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards and audit processes.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training preferred; CSP or equivalent credential encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate formal and informal investigations of HSSE incidents.
• Deliver HSSE metrics and KPIs to local and corporate stakeholders.
• Coach and train teams in risk reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Maintain records in compliance with HSSE regulations, ISO standards, and management systems.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditing and certification efforts.
